Service Description
Join me for this beautifully calming, grounding and soothing class held in my serene garden studio. Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga, that focuses upon and stretches the deep connective tissues, joints and ligaments of our bodies. It is also connects you to your breathe and supports energy flow around the body. Poses are held for longer periods of 1-5 minutes and is a wonderful practice that encourages the student to slow down and tune into their inner world. From emotional and mental level, it supports the parasympathetic system, the rest and digest system, to help nourish the mind and body. All equipment is provided.

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel your class or session. Refunds will not be given if you cancel but you are able to reschedule your appointment where available.
